Dwyane Webster Memorial DWAYNE WEBSTER VETERAN’S PARK LOVELAND, COLORADO On December 7, l940. seventeen year old Dwayne, with his father’s permission, joined the United States Navy. One year later,  December 7, 1941, Seaman 2nd Class Webster while serving aboard the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii became Loveland’s  first casualty in the attack that drew the United States into World War II.
